1. Processing Time

Wavebyte products have an estimated UAE delivery time of 1–3 working days. For products from other suppliers, contact shopigulf.store@gmail.com before ordering to confirm the delivery estimate.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery Time: Standard shipping across UAE cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, etc.) takes approximately 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Keep an eye out for our special free shipping promotions!
3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched by our fulfillment partner, you will receive confirmation details regarding your shipment status so you can easily track your package.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, please ensure someone is available at the provided UAE address to receive the package and make the cash payment.
5. Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unreachable, the package may be returned to our fulfillment warehouse.
